MCU Basics

Who can do this?

Students doing their degree/diploma in engineering (with electronics and any one programming language as a subject).

Duration: Two days of intensive works.

Objective: Try to understand the architecture and learn to work with peripherals & registers.

  • We take 30 learners in a batch. When more users register, we schedule them in the next batch.
  • Typically, the trainings are scheduled on Saturday-Sundays.
  • All the hardware kits needed for practice are provided in the lab.
  • The learners must bring their laptops for practice.
  • Hardware items used in practice are also available for sale.
  • It is a sponsored event for a limited time.
  • EC3 Technologies Pvt Ltd is sponsoring this event to find the right talent.
  • EC3 may offer internships or job to eligible learners.
  • Medium of instruction is English. However Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi are also spoken to explain the concept for better understanding.
  • Shared accommodation is available in a dormitory system. This is offered on first come first serve basis. The learners coming from distance can check the facilities available in Kovai Saranalayam and avail this.

This free training was attended by nearly 70 learners. We are thankful to the participants and faculty members who supported us in this process. The last batch of this free training is scheduled on 7-8 March 2026. The next module Module-2: Peripheral Device Drivers – Bare metal Device Driver Development for ARM Cortex M Series Controllers is scheduled from 14-15 March 2026.
